Nicholas L. Atsaves, Broker & President

Nicholas has been associated with Cosmos Realty since 1990. Nicholas is a graduate of Depaul University (Bachelor of Science in Commerce & M.B.A). Nicholas has extensive experience in coordinating 1031 exchanges for individuals selling commercial real estate.  In addition to real estate brokerage services, Nicholas also heads the property management branch of Cosmos Realty Inc. which specializes in property management and Leasing. Nicholas is also fluent in the Greek language.

Louis G. Atsaves, Founder, Broker & Vice President

Louis began buying and selling real estate in the Chicagoland area over 30 years ago. Cosmos Realty Inc. started doing business in the mid 1970’s, primarily serving Chicago’s North Side and near north suburbs. His wealth of Real Estate Investment knowledge is derived from over 3 decades of providing brokerage services to clients big and small. Louis is also fluent in the Greek language.

Helen Atsaves, Administrative Services

Helen Atsaves was a licensed salesperson with Cosmos Realty for over 15 years and now handles the day to day administrative operations at Cosmos Realty.
